Dicho estudio, que se desarroll\u00f3 durante toda la temporada 2007-08, (septiembre 2007-junio 2008) persegu\u00eda fundamentalmente conocer la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes de la BOS, as\u00ed como sus h\u00e1bitos de consumo cultural.  <\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se destacan las principales conclusiones derivadas del estudio:<\/p>\n<p>An\u00e1lisis de satisfacci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>La satisfacci\u00f3n general de nuestros clientes es NOTABLE, con una puntuaci\u00f3n de 8,32 puntos sobre 10 en media sint\u00e9tica y 8,24 en cuanto a media anal\u00edtica. Destacan por arriba: Los tiempos de cola y espera (8,90), la ac\u00fastica en general (8,70), el trato recibido por el personal de la BOS (8,68), la calidad y profesionalidad de los m\u00fasicos (8,60), y  la calidad de los artistas (8,57).Por el contrario, los aspectos peor valorados, pero con valoraci\u00f3n por encima del 7, son: el precio por representaci\u00f3n (7,40), la idoneidad de las obras elegidas (7,49) y el confort del aire acondicionado. (7,82).<\/p>\n<p>Excelentes valoraciones obtienen las personas de la taquilla de la BOS, con un 8,47 para los no abonados y 8,31 para los abonados.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que al precio de las localidades se refiere , la conclusi\u00f3n es que nuestro p\u00fablico no considera caro el precio de las localidades As\u00ed, el 52% de los abonados  y el 66% de los no abonados lo considera normal o barato.<\/p>\n<p>Valoraci\u00f3n de la programaci\u00f3n de la BOS<\/p>\n<p>La valoraci\u00f3n del programa de la BOS en cuanto a variedad es ALTA, con una puntuaci\u00f3n de 7,50 para abonados y 7,69 para no abonados.<\/p>\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras interpretadas es NOTABLE, con una puntuaci\u00f3n de 8,10 para ambos tipos de usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al grado de comunicaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n que tienen de la BOS, variable que habitualmente es calificada de forma baja en estudios de satisfacci\u00f3n,  se hallan calificaciones superiores al 7, concretamente 7,47 para abonados y 7,18 para no abonados.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s destacado, a juicio de los usuarios, de las representaciones de la BOS son la calidad musical (8,29) y el valor art\u00edstico (8,22), siendo lo menos destacado la originalidad (7,70) y el inter\u00e9s. (7,92)<\/p>\n<p>Otros aspectos<\/p>\n<p>La visita a la BOS se realiza principalmente acompa\u00f1ado, siendo esto as\u00ed en un 70% aproximadamente, y resulta curioso destacar que existe m\u00e1s visita en solitario entre los no abonados (25,8%) que en los abonados. (16%)<\/p>\n<p>Los tiempos de espera en la cola son un aspecto bien resuelto por la BOS, pues estos son apenas de 30 segundos entre los abonados y de 5 minutos entre los no abonados. De hecho, la satisfacci\u00f3n con \u00e9ste aspecto es elevada, pues apenas un 2,6% de los no abonados considera excesivos los tiempos habituales de espera, y en el caso de los abonados se revela con un rotundo 0%.<\/p>\n<p>Revisita<\/p>\n<p>Un indicador muy efectivo para medir la satisfacci\u00f3n del servicio es el \u00edndice de REVISITA.
